Scopriamo perch\u00e9 merita un posto speciale nel nostro frigorifero \u2013 e nel nostro bicchiere.<\/p>\n<h2>Un concentrato di freschezza e nutrienti<\/h2>\n<p>Composta per il 92% da acqua e con pochissime calorie per 100 grammi, <strong>l\u2019anguria \u00e8 una scelta perfetta per chi cerca un alimento leggero, idratante e gustoso<\/strong>.<br \/>\nDal punto di vista nutrizionale, la sua ripartizione energetica \u00e8 cos\u00ec suddivisa: 86% carboidrati, 10% proteine, 3% fibra e 1% lipidi. Inoltre, \u00e8 ricca di vitamina C, vitamina A e minerali, tra cui potassio, calcio e fosforo (CREA, Alimenti Nutrizione; USDA, FoodData Central).<\/p>\n<h3>Semi e bucce: gli \u201cscarti\u201d che non ti aspetti<\/h3>\n<p>Spesso scartati, anche i suoi semi sono in realt\u00e0 ricchi di proteine, vitamine e minerali (Tabiri, B et al., 2016). Il panel di assaggiatori addestrati ha individuato otto descrittori dominanti che contribuiscono a definire l\u2019esperienza complessiva dell\u2019anguria al palato.<\/p>\n<p>Tra le sensazioni pi\u00f9 rilevanti emerse, spiccano la succosit\u00e0 della polpa e la freschezza, intesa come la capacit\u00e0 dissetante tipica dei frutti estivi. In primo luogo, il colore della buccia ha rappresentato un indicatore visivo rilevante. A livello gustativo, invece, dolcezza, acidit\u00e0, croccantezza, farinosit\u00e0 e capacit\u00e0 rinfrescante hanno costituito una vera e propria firma sensoriale, rendendo ogni variet\u00e0 unica e riconoscibile (Ramirez, J.
