attraverso l\u2019utilizzo di QR code in store nella GDO?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Durante il Festival di Sanremo, nella folle corsa di Conti contro l'inesorabile scorrere del tempo, tra un veloce duetto sulla libert\u00e0 e un lungo monologo sull'impegno, ho notato una cosa: Costa Crociere ha trovato un modo brillante per farci interagire con un QR code. Ogni sera, durante i break pubblicitari, gli spettatori potevano inquadrarlo e provare a vincere una crociera. Un\u2019operazione di engagement su larga scala che ha ottenuto oltre <strong>500.000 scansioni in una settimana<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.costacrociere.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Costa Crociere, 2024<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>E mentre molti sognavano di sorseggiare un cocktail a bordo piscina, io pensavo: \"Perch\u00e9 nella GDO non riusciamo a replicare questo livello di coinvolgimento?\" Dal 2018 mi rompo la testa per far utilizzare i QR code in store, passando da momenti di esaltazione a quelli in cui mi sento Don Chisciotte. Volevo condividere qualche riflessione con voi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Situazione attuale: pro e contro dei QR code nella GDO<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019utilizzo dei codici QR nella Grande Distribuzione Organizzata (GDO) \u00e8 in crescita, ma in Italia la loro adozione da parte dei consumatori \u00e8 ancora limitata. Secondo un report del 2024, solo il <strong>17,8% degli utenti mobili italiani ha scansionato un codice QR all\u2019interno di un negozio<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qrcode-tiger.com\/it\/qr-code-statistics-before-and-after-covid-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">qrcode-tiger.com, 2024<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Il problema? Troppo spesso i QR code si rivelano inutili. Sono come quei manuali di montaggio di mobili che invece di istruzioni contengono solo pubblicit\u00e0 di altri prodotti. Il consumatore li inquadra e si trova davanti a una pagina generica, senza un reale valore aggiunto. Il risultato? <strong>Si disabitua a usarli e li considera solo una porta inutile.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eppure, il potenziale c\u2019\u00e8. Ma per sfruttarlo, bisogna ripensare il modo in cui i QR code vengono usati nei punti vendita. Se un QR code pu\u00f2 far sognare una crociera, perch\u00e9 non pu\u00f2 rendere l\u2019esperienza d\u2019acquisto pi\u00f9 interessante?<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Il potenziale dei QR code per ingaggio, informazione e conoscenza del consumatore<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019adozione efficace dei QR code pu\u00f2 rivoluzionare l\u2019esperienza in-store, creando un <strong>ponte tra il mondo fisico e digitale<\/strong>. Risultato? <strong>+35% di interazioni rispetto alle campagne tradizionali e +12% di vendite durante il periodo promozionale<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/distribuzionemoderna.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Distribuzione Moderna, 2025<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Internazionale \u2013 Tesco (Corea del Sud):<\/strong> la famosa catena di supermercati ha implementato scaffali virtuali nelle stazioni della metropolitana, permettendo ai pendolari di acquistare prodotti tramite QR code, con consegna diretta a casa. Un\u2019operazione che ha aumentato le vendite del <strong>130% in pochi mesi<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harvard Business Review, 2024<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>QR code e il potenziale non ancora sfruttato<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Alcune insegne stanno iniziando a sperimentare strategie pi\u00f9 mirate, cercando di creare esperienze che abbiano un impatto reale. Se il consumatore non \u00e8 incentivato a utilizzarla, il QR code resta una funzione dormiente.<\/p>\n<p>Strategie efficaci per stimolare l\u2019adozione includono:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cartellonistica chiara ed esplicativa nei punti vendita<\/strong>, che spieghi in modo semplice e immediato i benefici dell\u2019utilizzo del QR code.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personale formato in grado di guidare il consumatore all\u2019uso della tecnologia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Incentivi iniziali<\/strong>, come piccoli sconti o vantaggi esclusivi per chi interagisce con i QR code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Conclusione:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Il valore dei QR code in store non \u00e8 nella tecnologia in s\u00e9, ma in come viene utilizzata. Se ben implementati, possono diventare un potente strumento di engagement e informazione per il consumatore, portando benefici concreti sia agli utenti che ai retailer. Tuttavia, per trasformarli in un\u2019abitudine consolidata, serve un impegno attivo delle insegne, capace di rendere chiari e immediatamente percepibili i vantaggi di questa
